Q.: What Do I Need To Do Before You Collect
My Vehicle ?
A.: Before your scrap car or van is collected you need to remove the tax
disk if you wish to receive a refund via the DVLA. You also need to remove
any personal belongings from the vehicle, then all you need to is get the
keys and log book ready and our driver who will be happy to help you
completed the V5 document (log book) on collection
Q.: Can I Remove Parts From My Vehicle ?
A.: Yes you can all we ask is that if you wish to remove parts just let us
know what the condition of the vehicle is.
